We had temperatures in the 60s and 70s for most of January. Friday's winter storm "dumped" about half an inch of snow on Austin and the city basically shut down. With school and our offices closed for the day, we had so much fun playing outside and just hanging out!

William wore his fire hat and fire boots all weekend. We had to convince him that real fire fighters wore a head warmer under their hats.
The kids loved playing outside in the snow.
The snowsuit handed down from Oskar and Frederik kept Sofie warm and toasty!
Tea parties have been our other activity these days.
Sofie's good friend, Cassidy, came over for a tea party.
A few days later she came over for a movie afternoon.
A cook out in our backyard, complete with Daddy reading The Princess and the Pea.
