How time flies!
It was very rainy in Austin last week and mommy and Sofie were cooped up inside a lot. So.... we made our own indoor sandbox with cornmeal.
It wasn't the sand on the beaches of Hawaii but Sofie loved it!
Sofie loved the texture - she would take some out of the container and then put some back in. (She did try to eat some, too!)

Sometimes, even with a roomful of toys, carrying a loaf of bread around is just more fun.
Sofie is beginning to not want mom and dad to feed her - she wants to do it herself. She's actually pretty good about getting the spoon to her mouth, but getting things on it is really hard at this point.
