As many have commented to us and on this blog: Sofie is a BIG baby! Mommy and daddy did an unofficial weighing and measuring last weekend and discovered Sofie is 27 inches long and weighs about 17 pounds. That's the size of an average 7 month old (and she's only 3 months)! Whew, no wonder our backs are sore.

All this growing has sized her right out of her infant car seat. We had to get a new one yesterday. It's a palace! Sofie gets very quiet and still when we put her in it. She can sense how big it is.



We hope she likes it better than her infant car seat. She had hated riding in the car since birth.



Look at this belly!



Sofie has started grabbing everything within reach. Everything goes to her mouth! She has also started to squak really loudly at mommy and daddy. She has a lot to say!
